    Florida International University (FIU), with support from USAID/OFDA, announced the availability of  the Paul C. Bell Scholarships to assist individuals from the region who are committed to careers in disaster/emergency management, obtain advanced degrees in relevant fields. The application/nomination deadline is March 31, 2010.
